Recommend a Friend and receive a weeks care free of charge!

 

Many new children come to Mercer Park because we have been recommended by a parent or carer. If you recommend a friend and their child joins us, we are offering a reduction in your fees equal to one week’s fees for the child you recommended.
E.g. £110 if you recommend someone and they take a full time place.

 

This scheme also applies to our Breakfast and After-School clubs so please ask us for details.

Weekly After-School Club and Breakfast Club

If your child attends both the ASC and the Breakfast club 5 days a week, there is a 10% discount on the fees, with the weekly fee payable for both clubs being £58.50.

Holidays

Mercer Park Pre-School is closed for all Bank Holidays and in between Christmas and New Year. Bank holidays will be charged for as we must pay our staff but no fees are payable for the Christmas shutdown.
       
Notice
Four weeks notice in writing is required or full fee in lieu of notice.
       
*Funding
Government funding is available to every three and four year old in the term after they turn three, to a maximum of 5 sessions. This reduces the cost of your fees so a full time place is reduced from £110 to £85. We would be happy to talk you through the details.
       
Deposit
If your child is not starting immediately, a deposit of £35 is required to secure your place for the Pre-School, ASC, Breakfast and Holiday Clubs. This is non refundable should you choose to not take up the place as a place reserved for an absent child prevents another child attending. Your deposit will be returned to you when your child leaves the pre-school.
