At Mercer Park, we believe that mealtimes are social and happy times where skills can be developed and different foods tasted.  The Manager and supervisor have been fully trained to prepare food and cook the lunch and hot/cold snacks on site, using fresh fruit and vegetables.

We carefully plan the lunch and snack menus to meet the individual child’s needs but at the same time we ensure it is nutritionally balanced.

Mercer Park is committed to “smiling for life” campaign and we ensure that we follow their guidelines in preparing healthy snacks and meals for children.

In preparing the food on site we strictly follow the health and safety policies and procedures.  Every month, the manager will do an audit and risk assessment to ensure that we adhere to the policies at all times.
